New Season Stock is pouring in!
New Season Stock is pouring in, now that space has been created by our Blue X Sales.
There are still some great bargains to be had in High Summer Clearance on our separates floors.
We have lots of new brands and exciting developments in the next few weeks.
In Perth the Ladies toilets are receiving new sanitory ware and the Gift Department beside the Peacock Restaurant has tripled in size!
In Inverness there is a new Viyella Department on the ground floor, which looks fabulous.

A Fresh Spring Feeling is spreading through the stores...
It always starts with Ann's Shrove pancakes in the Peacock restaurant (now to be permanently on the menu due to popular demand), quickly followed by some lovely colours in the Dress for Less first floor fashion offers.
Jane Shilton Shoes have two stylish, contemporary new shopfits for Men and Women and the Brook Taverner tailoring managers (Bernard in Perth and Alan in Inverness) are starting to skit about with their Buy One Get One Free promotion (NB has anyone reminded them the point of retail is to try and make money?)

McEwens in Aberdeen is Open!
It's been a soft opening for the first phase at 339 Union Street , Aberdeen... that's got nothing to do with carpeting, but means we kept quiet about it while we made sure everything works.
Customers wandering past have been delighted to see us: some are friends from Ballater and others had felt the real lack of choice classic fashion brands in Aberdeen
- up until now!
Ian Mutch our Operations Director needs a well earned rest, before starting the second phase of expansion.
We are next to Jaeger and a couple of hundred yards along from CC-Viyella. It's a rather glamorous looking store and we are really proud of it. Do come in and let us know what you think.

I hope you all had a magical white Christmas.
Now that our Winter Sale has started, I would have to admit to being a bit tired of our Winter Wonderland; But here is the great news - As our Christmas sales have been hampered by bad weather , we have more stock than ever before in our sale.
