Notice of Cancellation And Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to refund (or exchange) providing we are notified by email, letter or fax within 7 days (starting with the date after delivery) from the date of receipt.

Cancellation right:

Under distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for a full refund (including any applicable delivery charge). Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g., through our Wedding List Service) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Outwith of the 7 working days, we will only refund your original delivery charge when product/goods received are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.

We cannot accept returns on any special order items. We endeavour to ensure that this is highlighted in any excluded products description.

Refunds

In the event of a refund we will refund monies paid including original delivery charge within 30 days. Should any item be returned under distance selling regulations goods must be returned at your own cost.

Returns can be made through either of these options after notifying us of cancellation of order:

  1. Via one of our stores - take the product and despatch note to the appropriate department in the shop and tell the assistant that the purchase was made online/via the internet ordering system.
  2. Return the item to our Perth store via Royal Mail.

When returning items it is requested that you include all and any original packaging materials, product leaflets/instruction manuals that were originally supplied with item(s) purchased.
